In this webinar, we will explore the fundamentals of scent acquisition and scent discrimination from the dog’s perspective. We will examine the purpose of the scent article, how dogs acquire the target scent, and why even experienced mantrailers repeatedly arrive at incorrect conclusions. The focus is not on dogma, but on understandable principles, practical experience, and paying close attention to what the dog is actually telling us.
